Alice Stappen is an Impact Manager at Trill Impact, a pioneering Impact House with around EUR 1,2 billion in assets under advisory management across Impact Private Equity, Impact Ventures and Microfinance strategies.

Dedicated to the Private Equity strategy she is responsible for the integration of Impact & ESG throughout the investment cycle, i.e. investment decision making and portfolio value creation work.

She works together with portfolio companies in aligning their Commercial and Impact & ESG agendas and integrating sustainable practices into operations.

Previously, Alice worked as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group, amongst other in the sustainability practice. Alice holds a M.Sc. from London Business School and B.Sc. from University of Mannheim.
